Chip Debit Card

The Miners State Bank is implementing the chip debit card.  Upon expiration of your current debit card, you will receive a new debit card with the embedded chip at no cost to you.  If you would like to replace your card prior to expiration, the cost for a replacement card is $10.00.  If you are replacing your card due to unauthorized or fraudulent activity on your card, there will be no cost.   The PIN reminder will remain the same at $5.00 per PIN.  If you have any questions, please contact a Miners State Bank customer service representative at 906-265-5131.                         Member FDIC


E Statements

Go Paperless and save.  The Miners State Bank offeres "E" statements which is electronic delivery of your monthly statement through secure email delivery.  If you have a Regular Checking account and you sign up for Paperless "E" statements, your montly service charge of $5.00 will be waived.  Login to Netteller to select E statement or contact customer service at 1-877-906-5131 for more information.  Member FDIC


Alerts

Due to increased debit card fraud, we are restricting our debit card use in Texas, Florida, California, and New York to use PIN based transactions only.  All other restricted states have been lifted.
